What did we do?
Understandably, his website must be same as his pastries - it must bring something innovative to the industry. When you open the website, you can see many pictures of tasty pastries. It almost may seem that there are too many of them. But wait a minute before judging. When you go over the picture, you will see a small bag in the lower-left corner. Yes! it is not just a website. You can simply click on the picture and make an order.
This website is not only a tool for presentation and promotion. It creates an efficient sales process. Completely different from industry standard based on phone orders. The client fills all relevant information on the website, so there is no additional time required to process the orders. All orders show up at an appealing spreadsheet, and they are ready for processing in production. It eliminates the time required for processing orders. That’s how an innovative approach creates value. The unique vision and strategic approach make this website exceptional.



And... results?
Current statistics show a bounce rate of 50.29%, which is slightly above our target. The average session duration is 2:12, and the pages per session ratio is 3.34. A number of visitors is relatively constant. We aim to have a balanced ratio between new and returning visitors. We surely want to attract new customers and drive sales, but it is cheaper to retain customers than acquire one, so we target at least 25% returning visitors. Our analytics provides also valuable feedback about the popularity of each product and its changes over time. It simply provides powerful information.
It is some time since completion of the original design, and website performance has been slightly decreasing. So we put the website on our production board. The redesign is coming soon!
